We seek a motivated Business Development/Account Executive to source, identify, and engage potential leads, ensuring strong client relationships and contributing to our growth.

Tasks

  • Source, identify, and contact new potential leads via research, social media, events, and networking.
  • Analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial outreach to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Assess lead potential and align with company offerings.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain communication to address client needs and provide updates.
  • Maintain detailed lead records from various sources.
  • Use CRM software to track interactions and update lead status.
  • Work with marketing to align lead generation with campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales for smooth lead handoff and closing support.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate/property investment preferred).
  • Knowledge in the financial markets and trading (Proprietary Trading) is a must.
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
