The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in our main services: Recruiting, HR Outsourcing, and Accounting, coupled with strong business development and sales skills. The managing director will be responsible for driving growth, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success of the company.
Tasks
- Lead and oversee IBMC's operations, including strategic planning, business development, and client management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, maintaining strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and enhance services.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve profitability targets.
- Represent IBMC professionally in dealings with international clients and partners, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the Business Consulting industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional sales and business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
