UX and Graphic Design Internship

We are offering a 12 month internship for a UX Designer ready to make a significant impact. This position is based in Zürich, with flexible home office arrangements, providing an opportunity to contribute to our leading-edge digital platform.

• Design and enhance the user experience across our platform, converting team ideas into actionable wireframes and visual designs.
• Address and resolve interface usability issues, proposing innovative solutions to improve user interactions.
• Serve as a user advocate within the IT development team, interpreting user needs and crafting practical design solutions.
• Develop and refine web and graphic designs, assist in the creation of marketing materials, and manage content updates via WordPress.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of newsletters and user tutorials, enhancing user engagement and platform usability.
• Continuously innovate the UX/UI to keep the design modern and user-friendly.

• Strong skills in UX/UI design, with proficiency in wireframing and tools like FIGMA, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in SEO, WordPress management, and creating marketing materials.
• Capabilities in graphic design and newsletter production.
• A keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach to design and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German & or French proficiency is a plus.
