We're now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the digital experience – from app features to farm analytics – and lead the next phase of our product evolution.

Your Mission

As Product Manager, you’ll own and shape the digital services and user experience of HydroNeo’s Smart Farm Management System. You’ll work closely with Thai shrimp farmers and internal teams to build intuitive, effective, and data-driven features that deliver real value — from smarter feeding and aeration controls to farm performance dashboards.

You must bring a strong analytical mindset, a solid understanding of our customer’s business reality, and the ability to translate complex needs into simple, impactful solutions.

Define and own the product roadmap for HydroNeo’s mobile and web platforms.

Analyze user behavior, farm performance data, and feedback to identify opportunities for feature development and UX improvements.

Develop clear specifications, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma or similar.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support, and field teams) to ensure delivery and alignment with customer needs.

Deeply understand the business and operational context of shrimp farmers and translate it into product strategy.

Continuously monitor product KPIs and usage metrics to evaluate feature success and ROI.

Drive usability, accessibility, and localization (Thai/English) to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in IoT, AgTech, or B2B SaaS platforms.

Highly analytical thinker – confident working with numbers, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

Strong UI/UX sensibility and hands-on experience with Figma (or similar).

Clear understanding of digital product development processes and tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.

Strong business acumen and the ability to empathize with the commercial and operational goals of our farmer customers.

Big Bonus If You Have

Background or hands-on experience in aquaculture or shrimp farming – whether from the field, operations, or product side.

Familiarity with connected devices and IoT systems.

Exposure to metrics and tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or other analytics platforms.
