Founders Associate Internship / Working Student (m/f/d)

We’re now looking for a Founders Associate Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) to join us. This is a high-exposure, generalist role where you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team across multiple projects – from business operations to sales initiatives – and help us scale our impact in the skilled trades sector.

• Support the founders and leadership team in day-to-day business operations and high-priority initiatives across the company
• Contribute to B2B/B2C sales efforts for our partner businesses, incl. lead research and outreach support
• Work on special projects in operations, recruiting, product, or growth – depending on your strengths and interests
• Help prepare materials, presentations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with building and improving internal processes, automations, and tools
• Be a flexible problem solver and hands-on teammate who’s willing to jump in wherever needed

• Fluent in German (C2)
• You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to gain exposure to multiple areas of a fast-growing startup
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to work on new challenges every week
• Strong communicator, team player, and proactive problem solver
• Sales, operations, or startup experience is a plus – but not a must
