Tasks
🔹 IT Management
- Lead monthly IT management meetings to discuss issues and improvements
- Manage local IT projects (office moves, application deployments, etc.)
- Act as the main IT point of contact for the subsidiary
💻 Computer & User Management
- Configure systems using corporate image tools (Ivanti)
- Manage IT inventory in EasyVista ITSM
- Investigate and respond to security alerts (CrowdStrike)
- Support users and enhance adoption of O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Word)
🧩 IT Applications & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with local and global IT vendors (SAP, CRM, firewall providers, etc.)
- Manage setup and maintenance of printers and local devices
🌐 Network, Telecom & Infrastructure
- Monitor and support SD-WAN (Velocloud)
- Install and maintain firewalls, switches, LAN & WiFi infrastructure
- Support video conferencing and IP telephony systems
- Maintain and document IT architecture (network diagrams, system documentation)
🔐 Security & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of group IT security policies
- Educate users on cybersecurity best practices
- Handle local investigations for security incidents
🖥️ Servers & Datacenter
- Maintain documentation and diagrams for servers and infrastructure
- Support local servers (if applicable), including patching, backup (VEEAM), and monitoring
🎧 IT Support (Helpdesk)
- Provide 1st level support (hardware, accounts, MFA, network issues)
- Deliver 2nd level support for local applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, servers, and network equipment
🤝 Collaboration with Global IT Teams (US/FR)
- Review IT contracts and licensing
- Support project roadmap planning and resource allocation
- Monitor patching, security tools, and SaaS applications
- Assist in VPN/VLAN setup and infrastructure improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, and End-User Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, O365, Active Directory
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, SD-WAN)
- Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)
- Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with global teams
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English
