Tasks

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions that enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
  • Document and track service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the company's ticketing system to maintain accurate records and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of software updates, patches, and security measures to safeguard company assets and data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deskside support or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
