Currently, in a phase of rapid expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales (m/f/d) to drive its growth strategy across Northern Europe and beyond.

Ihre Aufgaben

As Vice President of Sales (m/f/d) – Northern Europe, you will be pivotal in shaping the company’s global sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organisation from the ground up, establishing robust sales processes, and driving market expansion. This role demands a strategic leader who leads by example, fosters collaboration, and is deeply engaged in every aspect of the sales cycle.

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Establish efficient sales processes to support scalability and long-term growth.
  • Identify and develop key market opportunities worldwide, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Represent the company at key industry events and engage with key stakeholders in the defence sector.

  • A strong background in the defence industry and proven sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building teams and organisations from scratch.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and drive sustainable growth.
  • A hands-on, start-up mentality, coupled with the knowledge and experience to scale a company to the next level.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster team success.
  • Strong global market awareness and the ability to expand reach internationally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
