Operational Rental Assistant

As part of the development of our services, we are looking for an Operational Assistant Tours & Rentals in Opéra (Paris 9).

Your main role will be to contribute to the Shop Managers & Operations tasks which are fully focused on customer satisfaction.

You will be based in Opéra, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, which is our starting point for guided tours, and will occasionally be required to travel to our other self-service rental outlets in Paris. (Pick & Go service)

Your daily tasks will be to :

• Welcome, inform, advise, take the paiements and guide customers.
• Contribute to our customers' experience by being proactive and efficient in anticipating and dealing positively with any unforeseen circumstances (training in our internal software and tools will be provided on arrival).
• Make the rental point attractive: tidy and clean the bikes, pump the bikes, etc.
• Collecting bikes from our sites or broken bikes with the bike trailer (training will also be provided).

• You have a real sense of customer service
• You are creative in finding solutions to potential problems with the aim of always satisfying the customer
• You are comfortable communicating with customers of different nationalities and you have the ability to communicate with internal teams.
• You like cycling and you're not afraid of riding a cargo bike / bike trailer.

You are the ideal candidate if you are fluent in several languages, particularly English.
It would be a real advantage if you also speak French or Dutch or German.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week. This is a seasonal fixed-term contract from Position available from 22 avril to 27 october.

We work weekends and take days off during the week.
