Tasks

Job Responsibility

 Serve as the first point of contract for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring, a welcoming and

professional environment.

 Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling correspondence, and

scheduling appointments.

 Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies.

 Maintain and update office inventory records, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.

 Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

 Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

 Support HR or management teams in onboarding new employees and organizing company events.

 Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timeframes.

 Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and other common areas.

 Prepare and submit basic reports, as requested by management.

 Primary responsibility will be managing the travel desk.

Requirements

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required

 Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

 Proficiency in Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

 Strong organizational and Multitasking skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

 A positive attitude and a professional attitude.
