(Senior) Back-End Developer

As a (Senior) Back-End Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and building the backbone of our procurement solution.

• Build scalable backend services using Python (Django REST Framework)
• Take ownership of technical and architectural decisions
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product team to deliver user-centric features
• Automate workflows through CI/CD and infrastructure tools
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Drive technical improvements and suggest new ideas – we love initiative!

• 2+ years of backend development experience with Python, ideally with Django REST
• Strong grasp of modern backend architectures (e.g., service-oriented or modular monoliths)
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and code reviews
• Comfortable working in remote-first teams (Slack, Notion, async culture)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus
• You enjoy autonomy, taking initiative, and working in a dynamic startup environment
