Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

As an Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our processes and structures across the entire organization. You will design, implement, and measure the quality of our core processes and help us establish a global market standard for water leakage monitoring.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor and measure the success of the Operations and Growth areas based on relevant KPIs.
• Develop and establish processes for delivering our SaaS services, ensuring implementation throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out and operationalize processes and structures.
• Serve as a key contact for the Customer Service team and partner companies regarding process-related and technical questions about our SaaS technology.
• Support day-to-day business activities in the areas of fulfillment, customer onboarding and water leakage monitoring.
• Develop training programs for employees and partners on using the Enzo one.drop technology.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards during process improvements.

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience or internships in process optimization, lean management, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and their integration into existing business processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Independent working style with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
• High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and the ability to inspire colleagues.
