Tasks

Job description

You are a smart, highly organized student or someone at the beginning of your career who enjoys administrative and organizational tasks. You’re passionate about structure and support, and excited to help build a strong internal culture as you grow professionally.

In this role, you’ll support our team with day-to-day admin tasks, assist with HR processes, help organize internal events, and contribute to reporting and documentation. You’ll be a reliable point of support for organizational needs.

You’ll work closely with a friendly, supportive team that values openness, teamwork, and growth. Our culture is all about learning together, helping each other, and building something meaningful as a team. You’ll be part of a positive environment where every contribution matters.

Main responsibilities

  • Organization of team building events and internal activities
  • Support with HR administrative tasks (e.g., documentation, onboarding, recruitment support)
  • Basic support for preparatory bookkeeping
  • Travel planning and arrangements
  • Office organization (supplies, orders, facilities coordination)
  • Helping with preparation of documents, reports
  • Supporting internal communication across teams
  • Maintaining employee records and organizing digital filing systems

Requirements

Skills

  • Very strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude
  • Detail-oriented and structured way of working
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
  • Quick learner with willingness to work with HR system (Personio)
  • Event planning and coordination skills

Experience

Ideally 1–2 years of experience in administration, office management, HR support, or similar roles
