At Flea, we bring fresh perspectives to help tech organizations understand and optimize their developer experience.

🚀 Founded in early 2024, we hit the ground running: participating in the Reaktor Berlin accelerator program in spring, securing our first clients in summer, and closing our initial funding round in fall.

💡 We value quick, thoughtful execution and deep customer understanding. Our founding team combines seasoned technical leadership with proven venture-building experience. We shipped our MVP within the first month and have been iterating based on user feedback ever since. We're looking for ambitious builders who share our bias for action and empathic approach to problem-solving.

Today, the average developer wastes 8 hours every week on hidden blockers. While AI is rapidly automating coding tasks, those only account for ~30% of a developer’s time. The much bigger lever to drive engineering efficiency lies in the remaining 70%: human, creative, and strategic work like collaboration, problem-solving, and architecture design.

Traditional, metric-based tools can’t measure that. That’s why we believe the future of engineering excellence will be driven by qualitative insights and why we’re building Flea to lead that future.
