We are seeking an International Voice Executive to join our team, specifically in a lead generation process that involves outbound calls to US-based clients. Tasks
As an International Voice Executive, you will:
- Handle outbound calls to US clients, generating leads and providing support.
- Communicate effectively in English to engage with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads to qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with a focus on results.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to lead generation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in lead generation or telecalling is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
