Your mission:
- Distribute tasks from the Content Manager to the editing team
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
- Do quality checks on edited photos before final approval
- Keep folders and file naming organized and consistent
- Track project progress and report any issues or delays
- Remind team members about their tasks and deadlines
- Support onboarding of new editors
- Create and update simple checklists, procedures, or task summaries
- Coordinate with other departments if needed
- Act as the right-hand to the Content Manager
