W e are looking for an experienced backend developer with experience in PHP, backend languages, experience in database management, and APIs.
Your mission:
- Data & APIs: You take care of integrating, managing and optimizing data streams and APIs, working with various data providers and Databases.
- Optimization & Automation: You have an eye for detail and love to improve things. You're all about automating processes and increasing the efficiency of our internal operations.
- Support & Interface: You're one of the go-to people when it comes to problems or questions about our team's internal applications, and you're always ready to help and find solutions. At the same time, you build bridges between different teams and act as an interface between internal and external IT partners.
Collaboration with Shopware & Agencies: Ideally, you bring experience with Ecommerce systems.

Requirements
Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for ecommerce platforms.
- Collaborate directly with different departments, including non-IT teams, in a small team environment to design and implement server-side logic and APIs.
- Utilize Node.js/Google Apps Script to enhance system integrations and automation.
- Manage and execute multiple projects with a focus on ecommerce solutions, leveraging 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate ownership of at least one personal project, showcasing entrepreneurial skills and independent project management.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights and trends.
- High adaptability to changing technologies and project requirements.
- Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems.
- Proactive in generating and implementing ideas for improvement.
- Reliable and consistent in delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in risk management to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Interest in presenting ideas and suggestions to improve processes and systems.
