Your mission: Roles and responsibilities

• Should be able to solve tickets fast but sensibly
• Should be able to handle tricky customers
• Recognizing own mistakes and offering solutions
• Balanced adjustment between company policy and customer demands
• Should have the capability of multitasking
• Identifying the needs of the team and proactively take action to support other team members

-Minimum 1 yr experience in customer support

-French and English writing and reading skills

-Capability of handling overtime or work load
