Global Track Warehouse is seeking an entry-level Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on business development, marketing activities, and product management. As a key representative of our company, you will actively engage clients and foster long-lasting relationships.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and facilitate growth.
- Client Engagement: Identify potential business opportunities, create persuasive proposals, and participate in client meetings, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Industry Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Operational Analysis: Evaluate operational processes, business workflows, and product lines to identify efficiencies and areas for performance improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (recent graduates preferred).
- Some travel may be required.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within teams.
