Job Overview:
As a Product Designer in our team, you'll play a crucial role in the entire product development process, directly contributing to our mission of eliminating the use of fossil fuels and fostering a green future. Your role involves direct engagement with stakeholders and customers, focusing on creating impactful and delightful user experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Collaborate with product managers and engineers from initial concept to final implementation.
✔️Conduct user research to define and solve clear problem statements.
✔️ Ideate and design high-impact solutions with minimal effort.
✔️ Handle design tasks including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
✔️ Contribute to product strategy and maintain an effective feedback loop.
✔️ Lead design thinking sessions to foster innovation and creative problem-solving.
✔️ Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design.
What You Need To Succeed:
✔️ Over 4 years of experience in Product Design.
✔️ Strong understanding of business strategy, product vision, and user research.
✔️ Empathy for users, coupled with a user-centered and agile design approach.
✔️ Good technological knowledge for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to lead design initiatives.
✔️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
