Grapefrute was born in 2009, out of experience in in-house, RPO & agency recruitment. We were working with recruitment agencies who just didn’t understand the FMCG industry and weren’t finding the right candidates. We felt that the field was full of brilliant people looking for their next challenge, and vibrant, forward-thinking companies in search of driven, results-oriented candidates. Only somehow, candidates didn’t always find their perfect role, and the companies weren’t reaching their ideal candidates. The secret sauce was missing. So we decided to make it, using our expertise and enthusiasm to offer companies and job seekers a refreshing alternative.

Founded in the Netherlands, the company has been global from the start, with a diverse, multi-lingual team that specializes in the complex needs of innovative companies around the world.
