To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us build an organization that will have a real impact on the daily work of thousands of users. 🚀

Tasks

Working closely with our HR Lead, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle to support our international expansion. You will build rigorous and high-performing selection processes while ensuring a proactive hunting approach to attract top Tech, Growth, and Operations profiles.

  • Sourcing & Proactive Hunting: identify and directly approach key talent in France and Spain.
  • Process Definition: structure efficient recruitment processes (scorecards, standardized interviews) to ensure a great candidate experience and an optimized time-to-hire.
  • Performance Culture: act as a true business partner to consistently raise the team's average performance level.

Requirements

Technical background

  • 3 to 5 years in Tech/SaaS recruitment (agency or startup).
  • Mastery of Direct Hunting: you know how to approach senior and highly-solicited profiles.
  • Result-oriented, structured, and possessing a strong critical thinking sense.
  • Native/Fluent French + Professional English (daily international context).

The "plus" that will make a difference:

  • Previous experience in a scale-up or within the AI / IT Channel ecosystem.
  • A "sales" temperament: you know how to pitch a vision and convince the best candidates.

Soft skills

  • Tenacity & Resilience: you don't wait for candidates to apply, you enjoy the "chase" and don't get discouraged by "no" or ghosting.
  • Strategic Vision: you understand the business goals and can translate them into hiring needs. You think like a founder, not just a recruiter.
  • Sharp Judgment: you look beyond the CV to detect real potential, cultural fit, and high-impact soft skills in others.
