To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us build an organization that will have a real impact on the daily work of thousands of users. 🚀
Tasks
Working closely with our HR Lead, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle to support our international expansion. You will build rigorous and high-performing selection processes while ensuring a proactive hunting approach to attract top Tech, Growth, and Operations profiles.
- Sourcing & Proactive Hunting: identify and directly approach key talent in France and Spain.
- Process Definition: structure efficient recruitment processes (scorecards, standardized interviews) to ensure a great candidate experience and an optimized time-to-hire.
- Performance Culture: act as a true business partner to consistently raise the team's average performance level.
Requirements
Technical background
- 3 to 5 years in Tech/SaaS recruitment (agency or startup).
- Mastery of Direct Hunting: you know how to approach senior and highly-solicited profiles.
- Result-oriented, structured, and possessing a strong critical thinking sense.
- Native/Fluent French + Professional English (daily international context).
The "plus" that will make a difference:
- Previous experience in a scale-up or within the AI / IT Channel ecosystem.
- A "sales" temperament: you know how to pitch a vision and convince the best candidates.
