B2B Business Development Manager - China (m/w/d)

Your glory-mission

As a B2B Business Development Manager for the Chinese market at gloryfeel, you will play a key role in expanding our B2B business in China. Your main responsibility will be to take our company to the next level by spearheading the transition from purely D2C to a comprehensive B2B model in China:

  • Development and Implementation of B2B Strategies: You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and strengthen our presence in the B2B sector in China.
  • Acquisition of B2B Customers: You'll identify potential B2B customers in China and conduct successful cold outreach activities to acquire new business partners.
  • Key Account Management: You'll maintain relationships with key B2B customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Marketplace Integration: In addition to the B2B business, you'll support the integration of our products on Chinese online marketplaces and pursue a hybrid strategy between B2B and D2C.
  • Cultural Understanding: You possess a deep understanding of both Chinese and European business cultures and can effectively navigate between the two.
  • Presentation and Persuasion Skills: You'll be able to create compelling presentations and persuade potential B2B customers of our offerings.
  • Project Management: You'll take on the organization and execution of projects related to tapping into the B2B market in China, ensuring the effective achievement of set objectives. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you'll be instrumental in driving our B2B business forward in the Chinese market and contributing to the overall growth and success of gloryfeel.

Your profile

  • You have demonstrated experience in business development or sales - Even in e-commerce? It's a plus, not a must - we develop together.
  • You are an experienced acquirer and have successfully built and developed B2B business relationships.
  • Your native language is Chinese, and you are proficient in negotiation-level English.
  • You have a deep understanding of both Chinese and European business cultures and can effectively navigate between them.
  • You ideally have experience with Chinese marketplaces such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, XHS.
  • You are persuasive and can present complex matters clearly and succinctly to convince potential B2B customers of our offering.
  • You are capable of working independently and possess excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • You excel with your presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You are motivated to drive our expansion in China and take a key role in developing our B2B business.
