GHARAGE is the Vision Hub and Venture Vehicle backed by Gebr. Heinemann. Founded in 2019 our purpose is to innovate the travel experience and be a diverse team to partner, build and invest in the future of travel and retail. Our headquarters are in Hamburg, with offices in Berlin and Singapore.

As a Sr. Brand Creative (m/f/d) you will join a team that explores creative tech, product and brand opportunities within travel. Your creative and strategic mind will help to develop innovative brand concepts, strategies and prototypes with the purpose of elevating a traveler's experience. Mostly within, but not limited to, the confines of an airport. A place where the experience has more or less remained unchanged for decades. In short - you will join a team that aims to change that.

Tasks

  • Pushing creative and collaboration on all projects, taking responsibility for conception, design, and production.
  • Develop and share innovative ideas through concept presentations, prototypes, storyboards and impactful imagery.
  • Offer different and unique perspectives along the value chain, particularly in the context of airports and their future.
  • Travel to client (airport) locations, serving as a trusted partner to support their vision and bring ideas that elevate their brand experience.
  • Handle project schedules together with our PM’s, efficiently coordinating available resources to meet both short- and long-term milestones.
  • Preach, support and assure compliance with brand guidelines, visual identity and TOV for both client and in-house brands.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience with a focus on holistic brand building through creative strategy, design and storytelling.
  • Able to push change and innovation by staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest AI production tools.
  • Experience with visionary projects and creative brand building within retail, airports and/or travel sector.
  • Communicate effectively, engaging both external and internal stakeholders, and maintain exceptional standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to create and lead impactful presentations fluently in both German and English.

The role requires some willingness to travel between our Hamburg and Berlin offices, as well as occasional client visits.
