Your mission

• Proactively identify and approach potential customers in defined target markets (B2B/B2C)
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships via phone and written communications
• Prepare tailored quotes and schedule appointments
• Conduct market and competition analysis to identify new business
• Participate in continuously optimising the customer acquisition process and developing new sales channels
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop meaningful strategies

Your profile

• You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or business-related role, or attained (a) comparable qualification(s)
• Several years’ experience in acquisition, sales or telemarketing desirable
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills and a high drive to close deals
• Initiative, stamina and enthusiasm for sales
• Customer-oriented thinking and a persuasive and personable demeanour
• High willingness to learn and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of CRM systems
