Wilco is building the platform that lets any healthcare clinic operate headless. Our AI agents handle patient communication, booking and follow-up across the clinic’s existing systems.

Our founding team has been applying AI in regulated industries since 2018. We’re backed by top investors, and we are already live at some of the largest healthcare groups across Europe.

Based in Lisbon. We build with technical depth, extreme agency and a clear standard: understand the problem, ship the solution, prove it works.

We have two jobs:

1. Get the patient to open the door of the clinic.
2. Get the treatment plan signed.

If we do that better than anyone in the world, we win. Else, we lose.
