Founder's Associate Intern

Dexter (YC F24) is the AI process automation tool for field operations. We help companies in industries like telecom, micromobility, and solar automate processes end-to-end. Field services companies are hugely underserved by slow-moving legacy incumbents, and we are excited by the opportunity to disrupt a $30b market.

We just completed the Y Combinator F24 batch and raised a seed round. Now we’re looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to help us accelerate our growth. In this role you will work directly with Bella (CEO) and Caterina (COO) on high-impact initiatives spanning strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and growth.

• Uncover new opportunities: Conduct market research to identify high-potential customer segments and new business opportunities
• Drive outbound sales: Support lead generation and manage cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
• Boost our presence: Identify and evaluate relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase Dexter’s visibility and pipeline
• Test growth levers: Explore and experiment with growth hacking tactics to accelerate traction and drive expansion
• Create sales assets: Help develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and reports to support deal progress and track insights

• Student or recent grad: You’re pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Startup-ready: You have at least two years of university education and are eager to gain hands-on experience in building a business from scratch
• Analytical & structured: You think clearly, break down problems, and bring a data-driven mindset to your work
• Independent operator: You take ownership, manage your time well, and enjoy working with autonomy
• Strong communicator: You’re confident writing and speaking with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and in meetings
• Fast-paced fit: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
• Language skills: You’re fluent in English — German is a big plus
• Availability: You’re available full-time for min 5 months starting Aug/Sept 2025
