Local Delivery Driver

The Local Delivery Driver role is perfect for someone looking to be trained cross-functionally and to have a direct impact on our business. The position will be a flexible combination of a warehouse delivery driver, a warehouse associate, and a customer support role. If you have experience in any one of these roles, you are likely a good fit! The right candidates will be team players and willing to learn each role to help support the Gently team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a high-growth transformative startup that delivers innovative products and services to retailers and brands.

• Drive Gently branded electric vehicles to deliver customer orders
• Deliver parcels with speed and professionalism
• Pick up returns initiated by customers
• Ensure that the vehicle is charging properly when not being used for a route.
• Provide the highest level of professionalism and service to customers who contact Gently with any questions or issues they have with their delivery
• Work directly with internal senior management to surface and resolve issues

• Willingness to learn. We will be training you on our processes and technology to set you up for success.
• Team player. Our work environment is collaborative and focused on working together to solve problems as fast as we can.
• Experience working as either a delivery driver or in a warehouse or fulfillment capacity.
• Valid Driver's License. No special licenses are required for operating our vehicles.
• Detail-oriented and persistent to follow through to ensure that all issues are resolved.
• Gently's offices are located in Los Angeles, CA, and you will need to be able to be on-site at the selected job location during the week to perform all duties.
