For an International Distributor we are locking for the
Sales Manager Nutraceuticals m/f/d for Germany
- office based Hamburg
- up to 40 % home office possible
- regulary visiting clients
- The product portfolio is supplement type. Only partially commodities.
Tasks
- Responsible for growing sales through prospecting and developing new potential accounts, with a focus on business development and expansion
- Visit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers based in Asia and Europe through joint visits and egular reporting, to support mutual growth of our joint businesses
- Support the business activities by managing the product portfolio
- Update and maintain projects and compile meeting reports in our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience with a distributor or a manufacturer in the food ingredients industry/nutraceuticals/food supplements industry
- Broad network in the food ingredients/ industry in Germany is an asset
- Highly motivated and target driven with high time-management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a variety of sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing your customer visits schedule and territory effectively
- Excellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in both English and German
