Every season, it attracts thousands of international visitors, ski enthusiasts, and season workers – all looking for snow, mountains, and unforgettable memories. Right in the heart of this vibrant alpine town, The Green Wildman - our small Irish Pub - offers a truly authentic Irish experience: live music, proper pints, roaring laughter, and a warm welcome for locals and travellers alike. As we head into our second winter season, we’re looking for passionate bartenders who bring a love for Ireland, a great personality, and the right energy to join our small and mighty team in the Swiss mountains.

As a bartender, you’re not just serving drinks – you’re shaping the guest experience. With charm and rhythm, you’re the heart of the action and part of a warm, passionate crew.

• Pour and mix beers, whiskeys, cocktails, and more
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked
• Support and help run pub events like quizzes or live music
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team

We're looking for character and passion – not just polished CVs. Ideally, you’re Irish (or Irish at heart) and bring good energy, curiosity, and confidence to every shift.

• Strong interest and knowledge of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland (required)
• Being born and raised in Ireland is a plus
• Native-level English required
• German is a bonus, not a must
• Team spirit, good vibes, and ability to handle pressure
