Our 5-star hotel, located in a resort in Okurcalar / Alanya / Antalya / Turkey, has been serving the tourism sector for 30 years. In order to provide even higher quality service to our guests who come from many countries around the world to vacation at our hotel, we are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to work with us in 2025 and the years to come.
Greet guests with a friendly smile.
Listen carefully to all requests and complaints from guests and provide solutions.
Communicate with relevant departments to resolve complaints.
Maintain a professional and polite attitude while resolving guests' issues.
Regularly monitor guests' accommodation experiences.
Measure guest satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and direct communication.
Respond quickly and accurately to guests' special requests (e.g., room preferences, additional services, etc.).
Prepare surprises for guests on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
Oversee the seamless delivery of services such as room service, housekeeping, and restaurant services.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, activities, or the surrounding area.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies guests may encounter (health issues, accidents, etc.).
Ensure the safety of guests during crisis situations and guide them appropriately.
Be fluent in both German and English,
Pay attention to physical appearance,
Be professional,
Be polite and cheerful.
All travel expenses (round-trip to Turkey) will be covered by our hotel.
Accommodation will be provided within the hotel.
You will have access to certain guest amenities at the hotel.
Opportunities to have tea or coffee and socialize with guests will be available.
A salary of 600 Euros will be paid.
