Tasks
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to support our Expansion plans in Switzerland:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted regions, focusing on potential restaurant partners or businesses that align with Future Kitchens’ expansion strategy.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit based on expansion criteria.Clearly communicate Future Kitchens’ value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with your ghost kitchen model.
- Schedule and confirm meetings/appointments for the Expansion team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead statuses, and next steps.Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to align on strategy, target accounts, and outreach priorities.
Requirements
Motivated selfstarter that wants to join a fast growing startup:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Good command of German and French, other languages a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience. Previous experience in the food service, hospitality, or SaaS industries a plus but not mandatory.
