Aufgaben
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality breakfast dishes in accordance with the house standards.
- Development of new recipes and menus, considering seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Guidance and training of kitchen staff to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
Qualifikation
Apprenticeship as a cook or a couple of years of experience in the kitchen in a corresponding position
