Your Responsibilities

As a Office Assistant you manage office, organize events, and support finance topics in the organization. You can expect challenging tasks with a mix between finance and admin in a constantly changing environment as well as a friendly and dedicated team that is eagerly working on the leading insurance technology of tomorrow.

  • Administrative assistance in organizing meetings, business trips and corporate events
  • Ensuring that the office is supplied with office supplies and groceries;
  • Develop and maintain office operations and procedures
  • Track office specific costs and invoice status
  • Collecting and sending parcels and packages.
  • Take part in contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Organization of corporate and team events
  • Cooperation with external suppliers (gadgets, services)
  • Mail management and documents flow coordination

    Your ideal background and skillset

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Very good organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite min. 2x per week (during our team working hours - some hours between 08:00-17:00)
  • Ability to work 5-10 hours/week
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint

  • You are detail-oriented and precise work is important for you
  • You have a solution-oriented working style with pragmatic way of working
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
