**Start:** 04.08.2025 | **Location:** Berlin-Neukölln | **Hours per week:** 20 - 40 h | **Employment contract:** permanent

**Working hours:** Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 06:05 PM, Saturday between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM

**Salary:** 2,423 - 2,623 €/month at 40h/week (Fixed salary € 2,223/month + Language Bonus € 200/month + Performance Bonus up to € 200/month

## Tasks

*   Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
*   Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
*   Review of the submitted claims for damages

## Requirements

*   Fluency in Dutch (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
*   Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
*   PC literacy
*   Previous customer service experience preferable
*   Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
*   Willingsness to learn and eagerness learn
*   Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using the latest technologies
*   Empathetic and socially competent personality
