Tasks
The job you'll be doing:
You’ll be the welcoming face of Foldini — taking orders, guiding customers, managing the till, and keeping the service flow smooth and friendly. Your goal: create a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities and tasks that you master:
- Take customer orders and operate the cash register
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Support with serving and packaging dishes
- Keep the counter and service area clean and organized
- Assist with restocking and other operational tasks
- Cook on occasion outside peak hours
Requirements
- Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:
- Experience in customer service or cashier work (hospitality is a must), cooking experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a warm, reliable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and busy periods
- Languages: German and/or English. Italian is considered a plus but not essential
