Tasks

The job you'll be doing:

You’ll be the welcoming face of Foldini — taking orders, guiding customers, managing the till, and keeping the service flow smooth and friendly. Your goal: create a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities and tasks that you master:

  • Take customer orders and operate the cash register
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Support with serving and packaging dishes
  • Keep the counter and service area clean and organized
  • Assist with restocking and other operational tasks
  • Cook on occasion outside peak hours

Requirements

  • Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:
  • Experience in customer service or cashier work (hospitality is a must), cooking experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, reliable attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and busy periods
  • Languages: German and/or English. Italian is considered a plus but not essential
