In February to April 2026, we’ll open the doors of our first pop-up at Zürich Main Station (HB), a place to share our love for pasta fresca, good energy and great culinary experiences rooted in simplicity.
This is just the beginning. We’re dreaming much bigger: bringing Foldini and our meals to new cities and new people. Exploring new flavours and combinations. Always with the same spirit as on day one.
