Foldini was born in Zurich — a food concept reimagining Italian pasta traditions with creativity, freshness, and soul.
Following our successful pop-up at Zürich Main Station (HB) from February to April 2026, Foldini is now actively operating in Zurich and Baden, continuing to bring fresh pasta, good energy, and simple but memorable culinary experiences to new people and places.
But this is only the beginning. We are thinking much bigger: growing Foldini into new cities, exploring new flavours and combinations, and continuously evolving our concept while staying true to the spirit we started with on day one.
