Foldini is born in Zürich - a food concept that reimagines Italian pasta fresca with creativity, freshness, and soul. After our successful launch in Zurich HB, Foldini is expanding and looking for new people.

We are hiring two experienced cooks for two locations in Zurich (city center).

Job Location: Zürich (city center – 2 locations, applications are open for both)

Capacity: 60-70%

Employment Type: Fixed-term

Contract Duration: May 7 – July 15, 2026 (Location 1) or May 7 – June 30, 2026 (Location 2), with potential for extension.

Tasks

Cook and prepare pasta dishes, sauces and garnishes

Keep the kitchen and service area clean and organised

Handle deliveries, restocking and inventory checks

Follow hygiene and food-safety standards at all times (HACCP certified highly preferred)

On occasion, serve customers, take orders, handle payments

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen or food-service environment (fast-casual or takeaway a plus)

Strong cooking and organisation skills – particularly when handling multiple orders at the same time; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Friendly, reliable, customer-focused attitude

Languages: German and/or English. Italian is considered a plus but not essential
