• Provide technical support and assistance to virtual assistants and office staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure network availability and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and enhance existing IT infrastructure.
