Native English Teacher (Remote) (Evening Shift)

Fluentia is a growing online language academy that helps students master English in 12 months. We’re looking for a full-time Native English Teacher (36 hours per week) to deliver live virtual lessons and support our students’ academic progress.

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Schedule (Peru Time – UTC-5):

• Monday to Saturday
• Monday to Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 14:00 p.m.

📅 Start Date: May 2025

✨ Fixed evening schedule (Peru – UTC-5), so you can combine it with other activities as long as you can fully commit to the assigned hours. At Fluentia, we value organization and commitment.

• Deliver online English lessons (levels A1 to C1) via MS Teams.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Adapt sessions to the student’s learning level.
• Support basic admin tasks and content creation.
• Bonus points if you're comfortable on camera! You may occasionally appear in short training or marketing videos.

• Native English speaker or lived long-term in an English-speaking country.
• Minimum B1 level of Spanish, or at least conversational proficiency.
• TEFL, CELTA, TESOL or equivalent certification.
• Online teaching experience, especially with teens or adults.
• Confident teaching absolute beginners (A1 level).
• Familiar with MS Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Stable internet connection.
• 🧾 Freelance status (able to issue invoices or payment receipts)

• Fixed monthly salary: approx. S/2060 or $550 USD
