IT | Commercial Lawyer

IT | Commercial Lawyer| Remote | 3+ months | 100% | Imm. | CHF 130’000

• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts
• Advise on legal matters related to transactions, incl. IP and regulatory compliance
• Intepret existing agreements, providing guidance on obligations, potential disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues in business operaitons
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel and mitigate risks

• Fluent in English and French
• Completed Legal Degree (CH, EU, UK)
• Familiarity with French law and international business law
• Strong understanding of sales contractracts
• At least 5 years PQE as Commercial Lawyer, preferably in the IT Industry
