Industry | Jr. Legal Counsel

Industry | Jr. Legal Counsel | Lausanne | 6 months | 100% | Imm. | CHF 110’000 +

• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts
• Provide support on all legal matters, incl. GDPR, regulatory
• Intepret existing agreements, providing guidance on obligations, potential disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues in business operations
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel and mitigate risks

• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Completed Legal Degree (CH, EU, UK)
• Experience as a Counsel in a strongly regulated industry would be an asset
• Good understanding of contract management
• 1 to 3 years PQE as legal professional in the industry sector
