We are on a mission to provide construction companies an end-to-end and SaaS-enabled solution for intelligent construction machinery and sites. We aim to become an ecosystem provider for construction machinery with our own fleet and SaaS solution (FlexcavoOS) that enables the digital and intelligent construction site of the future.
Tasks
Every day is different, but you can expect to:
- Own the research, concept development, launch, and improvement of
software capabilities with your product team, with the goal to create a
strong outcome for our customers, our business, and the industry - Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to get new capabilities shaped and shipped
- Define and analyze success metrics of products based on the desired outcomes to learn what worked and what didn’t
- Work collaboratively with our Product Marketing team to develop
go-to-market strategies, core messaging, and enablement tools to support
internally and externally. - Contribute to the shared vision of the Trackunit product ecosystem
and drive consensus on priorities leading to product execution - Act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product areas and thereby
facilitate product evangelism to ensure widespread adoption of our
products - Lead with transparency in progress updates and seek perspectives
from colleagues and key stakeholders to keep alignment across teams and a
connected product offer
Requirements
Who are you ideally?
- Passion for crafting products that enables strong outcomes and an effective customer experience.
- A solid product sense, as well as business and technical understanding
- An forward thinking mindset that’s energized by agile principles and design thinking approaches
- Experience in conducting user research, mapping opportunities, and developing concepts
- Expert communicator that actively seeks out feedback
Great people skill and a ‘positive attitude’
Good understanding of digital business models and technologies
- Experience from a Product Management-like role, coupled with deep
knowledge in ERP, logistics, and/or supply chains is advantageous Fluency in English and German

- Initial phone conversation with a colleague from our People & Talent team to get to know each other a bit better
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet with Dr. Oliver Oechslein, Director of Product Management - Contractor Strategy
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. There are no correct answers - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit’s culture, so you’ll get to know us better as well
