Your area of responsibility

In this exciting and challenging role in project management in the area of professional services, you will lead central customer projects that deal with the development and renewal of payment traffic. You will be the interface between our national and international customers, Fides and the banks, coordinate the projects and solve all upcoming challenges with the internal specialist departments. As a project manager, you will enjoy a high degree of independence (flexible working hours) with your own project portfolio. You combine strong analytical with strong communication skills. You connect networked thinking with an organizational talent, and you are solution oriented. You are someone who, together with your colleagues, achieves the set goals with fun, efficiency and high quality.

Requirements

Your skills and experience

As a future team member, you will bring the following skills with you:

  • Degree (Uni/ETH/FH) and/or basic training in fintech, IT or similar environment
  • Several years of experience as (business) project manager, preferably in the fintech environment or payment industry
  • Experience in the financial sector, especially in relation to corporate treasury services, Swift and international banks and other financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Conceptual skills and structured thinking ability as well as a good communicator and team player
  • Ability to forecast and plan and recognize potential future risks
  • Quick grasp and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with projects and clients
  • Through skillful moderation, intuition and relevant know-how, you are in a position to support the experts involved in finding solutions and also to critically question them in case of doubt
  • Independent, proactive and self-confident personality with a high willingness to take on and bear responsibility
