We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales/Salesforce Service Senior Consultant with a background in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with Salesforce and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the utilities industry. This role requires fluency in English and a commitment to a full-time position for a duration of 2 years.
Tasks
- Salesforce Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, to meet the specific needs of our clients in the utilities sector.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to align with business processes.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring they can fully leverage Salesforce capabilities.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce developments and utilities industry trends to provide innovative solutions and improvements.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the utilities industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of utilities business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
