We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (all genders) for our portfolio company reev.

Tasks
- As our Lead Product Designer, you’ll own and elevate the reev product experience end-to-end, creating intuitive, impactful designs that delight customers and set us apart.
- You own, disrupt and evolve the end-to-end product experience across reev’s portfolio, ensuring outstanding usability, consistency, and visual excellence.
- You build and scale the design function from the ground up, setting the foundation for design culture, workflows (incl. design systems), and future team growth.
- You collaborate hands-on with Product Managers, UX Researcher, and Engineers from discovery to delivery, transforming complex problems into inspired prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- You leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions that drive business impact and user value.
- You explore and integrate emerging and AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency across the design process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within B2B SaaS or complex product ecosystems.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking, refined visual craft, and an ability to translate complex requirements into thought through user experiences.
- A genuine curiosity for users, the EV charging and energy market, and new technologies.
- High proficiency in established tools such as Figma, plus a strong curiosity to explore AI-powered design.
- Experience in mentoring designers and collaborating with external agencies and freelancers.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in English. German is a big plus.
