Volunteer - Online Course Participant - Enhancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in the Workplace

Are you passionate about making workplaces more inclusive and equitable? 🌟 We invite you to volunteer to participate in and test the online course, "Enhancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in the Workplace," launched in October 2024. As part of the EDIFY EDU project, this initiative is designed to enable participants to pursue entrepreneurial initiatives based on EDI competencies. You’ll be part of a unique experience that includes MOOCs, webinars with experts, workshops, and work-based learning opportunities!

The EDIFY EDU Project: The EDIFY EDU project aims to bridge the skills gap in management education by providing high-level training focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). It offers a variety of engaging training opportunities tailored to meet the needs of management students, business professionals, and entrepreneurs, preparing them to lead in today's complex and dynamic society.

As a volunteer tester, you will:

• Complete the online course modules and provide constructive feedback on content, structure, and user experience.
• Participate in interactive activities and discussions to evaluate the course's effectiveness and engagement level.
• Share insights and suggestions for improving the course to ensure it delivers a high-quality learning experience.

• Students currently enrolled in German higher education institutions, especially those studying Business, Management, or Economics 📊. However, applications from all fields of study are welcome!
• Additionally, any other professionals based in Germany with an interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion are encouraged to join as volunteers and will also receive a certificate upon completion.
• A genuine interest in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion topics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, detailed feedback 🗣️.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms 💻

• Free access to a comprehensive 20-module EDI course, enhancing your knowledge and skills.
• Gain valuable experience in online course testing, which can be a great addition to your resume/CV 📄.
• Earn certifications recognized across Europe upon course completion. Network with professionals and like-minded individuals from around the world 🌍.
