Tasks

  • coordination of services for executives: Deliver our leadership offers tailored to the needs of female executives, focusing on networking, business development, personal development, hiring and visibility.
  • stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison for community members, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded via mail, phone and linkedin.
  • high-level networking: Facilitate high-value networking events and initiatives, creating spaces for collaboration, sharing of best practices, and strategic connections among female leaders.
  • career transition support: Conducting conversations with leaders to understand their career aspirations and providing tailored support in identifying and securing new opportunities that align with their goals, thereby facilitating their transition into roles where their leadership can flourish.
  • visibility services: Coordinating visibility services with leaders for editorial features in the lead magazine, speaking engagement, social media coverage and more to enhance their profiles.

Requirements

At the female factor, we are on a mission to close the gender leadership gap. As the leaders community coordinator, you are working directly with all the female executives of our the female factor community, ensuring that they are well serviced and their expectations exceeded.

The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives. You should be a super connector who can stay on top of things, easily recognizing and facilitating opportunities between the female factor and our members.

The ideal candidate is:

  • 👩‍💼 experienced leader: You have a proven track record of engagement within executive circles, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities for women in leadership.
  • 🤝 a master at building connections: You excel at bringing people together, fostering connections, and nurturing relationships within the realm of female executives and leaders.
  • 👣 empathetic career strategist: You exhibit a keen ability to recognize outstanding leaders and talent, coupled with a deep understanding of HR practices, to guide and support leaders in navigating their career transitions effectively.
  • 📈 an engagement lead: You possess a flair for engaging in meaningful conversations with (potential) members, confidently presenting the value of our community. Your approach is key to ensuring that potential members are not only informed but also motivated to join and contribute to our mission.
  • 🤝 as a fan of collaboration: Proficient in people and project management, you bring experience in fostering seamless collaboration within the team. Your expertise extends to successful interactions with cross-functional teams, where you adeptly navigate challenges.
  • 🎯 proactive and hands-on: thinking ahead and anticipating needs is second nature to you. You're proactive and have a getting-things-done attitude.
  • 🎙 confident communicator: whether on stage or in meetings, you're comfortable representing us. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. English is a must, German is nice to have.
  • 💻 tech aficionado: Proficient in online tools such as Slack, GSheets, Airtable, Clickup, Typeform, Canva, and Wix.

This is a scope-based role, with compensation determined by the number of members served each month.

P.S. Please note that this is a freelance contract covering for our leaders circle manager who will be on maternity leave starting August, with the opportunity to develop into a long-term collaboration if expectations align.
