CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

WORK LOCATION: Warsaw (Hybrid)

FULL-TIME

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, execute and optimize CRM campaigns
• Cooperate in briefing and content preparation
• Create mass and automated email campaigns
• Manage routine CRM tasks and processes, ensuring timely execution of regular campaigns and communications
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks, such as data entry, segmentation updates, and campaign setup
• Working with the Bloomreach platform (CRM/Marketing Automation/AI)
• Ensuring data quality, segmentation, and compliance with privacy regulations
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• A/B tests, campaigns optimization

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• 1 - 2 years of experience in creating and implementing e-mail marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing best practices in the area of e-mail marketing and marketing automation
• Practical experience in working with marketing automation / email marketing tools
• Very good English (required for daily communication with other departments)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level is a must
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Analytical, accurate and proactive attitude
