Your mission

• You proactively identify and engage potential candidates for our open positions through a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Xing and social media platforms.
• You serve as the first point of contact for candidates, crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages to capture their interest.
• You provide support to your team throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• You gain valuable insights into general HR management, building a strong foundation for your professional growth.

Your profile

• You are currently living and studying in Hamburg and are seeking a full-time internship in Human Resources.
• You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
• You bring an open, communicative and motivated attitude to the table.
• You are highly organized and thrive when working independently.
• You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to excel in a multilingual environment.
